Social media management that starts with your business goals.

I help you decide what to say, turn it into content, and manage the work around it. We can focus on one channel or connect social media, email, and audience outreach around your offer.

Social media management

Get your social media planned, created, and published.

Planning, creating, approving, and publishing content takes time. I organize that process with you and handle the day-to-day work.

  • A review of your current accounts and content.
  • Content calendars and publishing schedules.
  • Post preparation, scheduling, and publishing.
  • Adapting content for different platforms.
  • Profile copy and account presentation updates.
  • Comment, reply, and inbox support within agreed boundaries.
  • Performance reviews and recommendations.
A good starting point if: You want your social presence managed consistently and need someone to keep the work moving.

Turn your expertise into content people can learn from.

We work from your experience, opinions, and audience questions. I help shape a clear direction and turn it into content you feel comfortable putting your name on.

  • Audience, topic, and competitor research.
  • Brainstorming and content idea development.
  • Personal brand positioning and messaging.
  • Content themes and recurring series.
  • Written posts, captions, and video scripts.
  • Carousels, graphics, and short-form video editing.
  • Recording briefs and creative feedback.
  • Repurposing existing recordings, articles, and presentations.
A good starting point if: You have knowledge to share but need help choosing the angle, finding your voice, or producing the content.

Newsletters & funnel support

Give interested people a way to stay connected.

A newsletter, useful resource, or landing page can give your audience somewhere to go after a post. I help create and maintain those pieces around your offer and communication goals.

  • Newsletter planning, writing, and formatting.
  • Lead magnet content and presentation.
  • Landing page copy, design, and setup.
  • Welcome and nurture email sequences.
  • Forms, links, and email automation setup.
  • Updates and maintenance for existing funnels.
  • Reviews of available email and page performance data.
A good starting point if: You want help connecting your content with a newsletter, resource, event, or service page.

Audience & opportunity research

Find the people and opportunities that fit your expertise.

I help identify people, communities, and opportunities relevant to your work. Together, we agree on whom to approach, what to say, and how to follow up appropriately.

  • Audience and prospect research through LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
  • Contact and organization research.
  • Connection requests and outreach message drafts.
  • LinkedIn and email follow-up.
  • Research into events, conferences, podcasts, and speaking opportunities.
  • Pitch preparation and submissions.
  • Outreach tracking and updates on responses.
A good starting point if: You want to identify the right contacts and opportunities, then keep your outreach organized.

We agree on messaging, permissions, and follow-up responsibilities before outreach begins. Replies, invitations, and bookings depend on the recipients.

Additional marketing support

Help with the small tasks around the bigger plan.

I also handle website content updates, event listing setup, asset organization, and light marketing administration as part of a defined project or ongoing engagement.

We define these tasks in your scope so the priorities, responsibilities, and time involved stay clear.

Start with what you actually need.

Your scope is based on the work involved: platforms, content formats, volume, research, management responsibilities, and any additional marketing tasks.

Social media management

One platform, a content calendar, content creation, scheduling, and regular review. A focused option when your priority is developing one channel around your offer.

Content and email

Social content alongside a newsletter, with landing page or email sequence work where needed. Useful when you want your audience communications planned together.

Personal brand management

Content and management across selected channels, plus audience research, outreach, and opportunity research.

These are examples of how we can work together. Your proposal sets out the actual deliverables, frequency, revisions, responsibilities, and price.

Clear responsibilities from the start.

I bring the research and recommendations.

You get ideas, content direction, and a plan for the work ahead.

You bring your perspective.

Your experience and feedback help the content represent you accurately. Where video is included, we also agree on what you need to record.

We agree on approvals.

Content is prepared for your review before publishing. For comments, messages, and outreach, we establish what can be handled directly and what needs your input.

We review and adjust.

Regular check-ins and reporting help us understand the response, discuss your priorities, and refine the next phase.

Priced around the scope.

After our introductory conversation, I put together a proposal with the services, deliverables, workflow, and price. You'll know what is included, what I need from you, and how additional work would be handled.

Before we get started.

Do you guarantee followers, leads, or sales?
No. I commit to the agreed work, clear communication, and a thoughtful process of research, execution, and improvement. We can work toward visibility, engagement, and inquiry goals, but outcomes also depend on your offer, audience, market, platform distribution, and sales follow-through.
Does that mean business results aren't part of the plan?
They are part of the conversation. Your goals help shape the content and priorities. Where useful data is available, we also review inquiries, bookings, or other business outcomes alongside the content performance to understand what may be contributing.
How much time will I need to give this?
Typically one to two hours a week for ideas, approvals, and recordings, plus a monthly strategy call. Onboarding and larger production projects can take more time. We plan that upfront so you know what is needed.
Can you work with my existing brand and tools?
Yes. I review your brand materials, accounts, and tools first, then confirm how we can work with them and whether anything else is needed.
Can you manage messages in my name?
That can be included with your permission. We agree on tone, the types of messages I can handle, and when to pass a conversation back to you.
How do we track whether it's working?
We set a delivery schedule for the work itself. Audience and business responses vary, so there is no fixed timeline for growth or inquiries. Regular reviews help us decide what to continue, adjust, or test.
Can the scope change later?
Yes. We can review your priorities and agree on changes to the deliverables, timing, or price before additional work begins.
Can I hire you for a specific project?
Yes. A newsletter setup, landing page, content batch, or other defined project can be scoped separately from ongoing management.

Let's map the work your business needs.

Bring your current content, your questions, or a list of tasks you want help with. We'll discuss the priorities and put a scope around them.
